General Info
The Grand Republic of Hugia takes a framework of a unitary presidential republic under a constitutional benevolent dictatorship, which means the current head of government and head of state (prime minister) has all the power in the Hugian government under the constitution. This will change if our incumbent prime minister's term ends now. The prime minister has five years in each prime ministerial election. They can be re-elected as many times as they want and can only be voted in by the permanent population. The legislature is the Grand Assembly, which is bicameral, that being composed of an upper chamber, the Cabinet, and a lower chamber, the Council.
