What is the Imperial Charter?
Overview
The Imperial Charter is the legislature of the Empire of Hugia. It is bicameral, composed of a lower house, the Grand Assembly, and an upper house, the Ministers. It is only needed when the Emperor declares there to be an "emergency session".

Overview
The Grand Assembly is the legislature of the Grand Republic of Hugia. It is bicameral, composed of a lower house, the Council, and an upper house, the Cabinet Members are chosen through appointing of the prime minister, and Council members are chosen through elections. The Grand Assembly consists a total of 16 voting members, which includes 8 cabinet members and 8 council members; both having one additional leading member. These people
How to be Apart of the Grand Assembly
To be apart of Cabinet, you must be appointed by the prime minister after an election which must be approved by the Council. As part of Cabinet, you have two important roles in two branches of government. To be apart of Council, you must be a governor of a province, or first minister of an autonomous Henist republic.
