The Empire of Hugia is subdivided into 2 Henist constituent republics: Grand Republic of Hugia and Republic of Outer Hugia. 

Within the Grand Republic, there are 8 main subdivisions with there being 5 provinces and 2 national halls. The provinces are subdivided into boroughs. The largest province is Granfield, and the smallest is Asphalto. No one lives in any of these provinces. Most of the provinces have no population due to there being no housing and living conditions.  However, 2 people lived in Asphalto (formerly Hugius) until November 2024. The entire population lives within a national hall, the capitals, Tractohall and Burohall. A lot of these provinces exist due to Hugia being a fictional micronation previously and the founder, Henry thought, "since I created a bunch of flags and names, I'll transfer them to the real Hugia." 

Within Outer Hugia, there are 3 main subdivisions with there being 2 provinces and 1 autonomous Henist republic. The largest province is Hornkrow while the smallest is Concluver. Pipeston (the capital) is located in Concluver. There are no people living in the Republic of Outer Hugia, but is frequently visited by the citizens of Hugia.

NATIONAL HALLS

The Grand Republic of Hugia has two national halls, and that is our capitals, Tractohall and Burohall. We call this a "bicapital" system, meaning that Tractohall is the primary capital, where most important meetings and events take place, and Burohall as the secondary capital, where other important things take place.
