Hugia is subdivided into 10 main subdivisions with there being 5 counties, 1 national hall, and 2 special territories. The counties are subdivided into principalities, which those principalities are subdivided into segments. The largest county is Granfield, and the smallest is Asphalto. No one lives in any of these counties. Most of the counties have no population due to there being no housing and living conditions.  However, 2 people lived in Asphalto (formerly Hugius) until November 2024. The entire population lives within a national hall, the capitals, Tractohall and Burohall. A lot of these counties exist due to Hugia being a fictional micronation previously and the prime minister, Henry V. thought, "since I created a bunch of flags and names, I'll transfer them to the real Hugia." 

COUNTIES

Counties are the highest administrative division in Hugia. Think of them as states in the United States, but not under a federation as Hugia is a unitary nation.

NATIONAL HALLS

We have two national halls, and that is our capitals, Tractohall and Burohall. We call this a "bicapital" system, meaning that Tractohall is the primary capital, where most important meetings and events take place, and Burohall as the secondary capital, where other important things take place.

SPECIAL TERRITORIES

Formerly known as free territories, also known as claimed territories, these are an interesting division. They are one rank below counties. Concluver and Hornkrow are de facto Hugia, but technically we don't own them. Hugians are allowed to visit these areas since it's within our micronation's border zone.
